The Firm
Our client is a well-known Chartered Accounting firm located in the Southside of Brisbane.
Lead by Partners ex mid-tier and supported by a team of 20, they pride themselves on offering innovative professional services to their clients and truly rewarding careers to each of their staff.
The Position
They are seeking an experienced Supervisor or Manager in a role that has a focus on workflow management, reviewing work and providing high level advice to a broad range of clients with turnovers in the high millions.
Working alongside and reporting directly to the Partners, you will be supported by a mixture of Senior and Intermediate Accountants and Admin Support staff.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of business clients from small family business through to large groups
- Reviewing work of staff
- Training and mentoring staff
- Providing high level compliance and tax advice to clients on a regular basis

Skills & Experience Required:
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess:
- CA/CPA Qualification or near completed
- At least 6 years’ business services and tax experience
- Prior experience in managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long lasting relationships with clients
- Proficiency in MYOB AE and Xero desirable
