We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join a team of 40+ professionals in one of the best Chartered Accounting firms in Brisbane.

As a Junior Accountant, you will experience:

• One-on-one Partner mentoring
• Strong support from Managers and Partners
• A sense of client ownership and frequent client contact
• Exposure to an interesting portfolio of business clients with complex structures

• Working with some of the brightest professionals in the industry

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for all entity types with turnovers up to $20m
• BAS/IAS/FBT/GST lodgements
• Tax planning and reporting
• Liaising directly with clients on a regular basis

Skills & Experience:

• 12 months’ business services experience is ideal
• Commenced CA/CPA studies (candidates not yet commenced studies will still be considered)
• Ambition and desire to continue learning and growing
• Excellent communication skills, engaging personality
• A passion for helping business owners achieve goals
